Returns policy
We want you to love your order. If there's a manufacturing defect or print error, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a free replacement or refund.
Because our mugs and blankets are personalised with your artwork, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind once production has started and artwork has been approved.
To start a return, WhatsApp us at 065 998 0114with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll resolve it within 2 business days.
